FAQ: FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Due to covid, the post takes longer these days so please allow the following timeframes and we suggest shipping express when you require a gift box promptly. We use Australia post express as they seem to be the fastest

Standard shipping 4-7 business days

Express shipping 1-3 business days

What if I change my mind?

No worries but we sure to call us ASAP as once your box is shipped then it is out of our hands

What if something breaks?

Oh nooooo, we really hope not! We wrap any fragile items very carefully, however if something was to break then please contact us and we will happily replace.

Do you do local delivery?

We sure do. We offer local delivery to Darwin and Palmerston regions, just select "local delivery" when you check out.

We are looking for territory products to go in our boxes so if you are a small business and have a product suitable for our gift boxes then feel free to contact us

Are your products Australian?

Yes all of our products are Australian and by buying a Treasured gift you are supporting up to 20 different small businesses across the country. We do have a lot of Victorian products at the moment as their small businesses were hit hard last year and needed our support.

We currently only have 2 products that are not Australian and that is our matcha tea and our butterscotch and raspberry tinned lollies, we will be switching over asap.

What if I want to send to a hospital, hospice or rehab centre?

A treasured gift is the perfect gift to send to someone in hospital, a hospice, in palliative care or in rehab but there are  a couple of things to think of...

Do you know how long they are there for? If there is a possibility of it only being a couple of days then it might be better to send your gift to a family member to take it in to them just incase they have already been discharged when your gift arrives. It's also a good idea to follow up with the hospital mail room or reception if your gift seems to be taking too long to arrive. Make sure you put their name, ward number and room number on the delivery information as that will make it easier.
