A lovely medium bodied blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre.
Lifted notes of redcurrant, maraschino cherry, liquorice, and sweet sarparilla balanced with oak characters of vanilla and cinnamon and a touch of green late on in the profile.
Bright red fruit characters of redcurrant and cranberry dominate the palate backed up by vanilla overtones, cinnamon and a hint of white pepper and clove. Subtle tannins making for a light to medium bodied red that is eminently drinkable. Try this slightly chilled on a nice warm day. Preferably on the balcony.
